Conversations are generated by AI models and do not represent real human interaction. The personalities, backstories, and emotions expressed by characters are simulated and should not be mistaken for genuine human feelings or relationships.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LoveMeGPT responsibly and lawfully. You will not:

• Use the platform if you are under 18.
• Attempt to identify, contact, or harm any real person through the platform.
• Use the service for any illegal activity, including content involving minors.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform or its AI models.
• Share your account credentials with others.

4. Content & Characters

All characters are fictional. User-created characters must not depict real, identifiable individuals without consent, and must not involve minors in any context. LoveMeGPT reserves the right to remove any character or content that violates these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Basic, Premium, Ultimate) are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact support for billing issues.

6. No Professional Advice

LoveMeGPT is an entertainment platform. AI-generated responses are not professional advice — medical, legal, psychological, or otherwise. If you are experiencing a crisis or need support, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

7. Limitation of Liability
